Make a link, open it once on the door tablet or laptop, and that device becomes the check-in screen. Keep the link private.
The Google Sheet is the roster. Columns in this order: Key · First name · Last name · Grade · Status · Notes. Status is current or graduated. Leave Key blank, it fills in by itself. The sheet pushes changes here every 5 minutes.
Kids → Print all tags, or Reprint on one kid. Print one test page first and check it fits the tag window before printing all.
